1. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access and possible legal action.
2. Intellectual Property & Creative Rights
All content on this Site—including artwork, images, designs, logos, text, videos, apparel graphics, and written material—is the intellectual property of Ime Oka, unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing physical artwork or merchandise does not transfer any intellectual property, reproduction, or commercial rights unless explicitly agreed to in writing. Artwork, apparel designs, and graphics may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes.
3. Artwork Sales
Original artworks and limited editions are sold as described. Due to the handmade and evolving nature of the work, variations, texture differences, imperfections, or changes over time are intentional and part of the piece.
Unless otherwise stated:

• All original artwork sales are final

• No refunds or exchanges are offered on original works

• Limited editions are final sale unless damaged in transit

4. Online Merchandise Sales
Ime Oka offers merchandise including, but not limited to, apparel and accessories featuring original designs.
Merchandise Orders

• Sizing charts are provided for reference; please review carefully before ordering

• Colors and placement may vary slightly due to production processes and screen differences

• Merchandise may be produced in limited runs or on-demand

Returns & Exchanges (Merchandise Only)

• Merchandise may be eligible for exchange or store credit only if received damaged or defective

• Claims must be submitted within [X] days of delivery with photographic evidence

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, wear, or buyer’s remorse

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Ime Oka is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is handed off to the shipping carrier.
6. Commissions & Custom Orders
Commissioned artwork or custom merchandise requires written approval of concept, pricing, and timeline. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Final payment is required prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.
7. Artistic Content Disclaimer
Ime Oka artwork and designs may explore themes related to mental health, identity, emotion, and personal experience. Content is expressive and artistic in nature and is not intended as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ime Oka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Site, purchase of artwork or merchandise, or inability to access the Site.
All purchases are made at your own risk.
